By now, you likely know that I am a huge proponent of an evolutionary approach to health in general and nutrition in particular. This is why I am so honored to be presenting live at Paleo f(x) for their annual conference that’s put on by my good friends Keith and Michelle Norris. I interviewed Keith below for the
Feed a Brain Interview Series, and I wanted to provide that video to you for free so you can see how and why this conference has been life-changing for me and that is life-changing for so many!
Join me in AUSTIN, TX from April 26-28th and meet some of my colleagues, friends, and health heroes like Robb Wolf, Chris Kresser, Nora Gedgaudas, Dr. Christopher Shade, Dr. Michael Ruscio, Elle Russ, and many more!
Paleo f(x) has done so much to influence medicine by showcasing the science and results of an ancestral approach to health in an attractive, fun, and powerful way. I’m excited to contribute to this influence with my presentation, which is titled “The Hospital Nutrition Revolution!”
While I was in the hospital, unable to eat, walk, or talk, I was also breathing through a tube and receiving nutrition through a tube. Here’s the thing… the typical feeds that are provided to patients who are unable to eat conventionally consist of ingredients like corn syrup, soy protein isolate, corn maltodextrin, calcium caseinate, and canola oil! Every single one of these ingredients has been shown to contribute to inflammation in the brain and body, yet this is what is being fed to people we are trying to get well! Let’s change this reality!
This conference is so solid, and I can comfortably tell you that when it comes to empowering yourself to take control of the health of your brain, body, and soul, this may be one of the most powerful conferences you will ever attend! You will walk away with so many awesome tools, connections, and ideas and….. I love meeting my audience, so grab a ticket, let me know you did, and let’s get together at the conference!
