Lights, Coma, Action!

A Letter FROM The Editor
I’ve met many good writers during my career as a communications professional for Fortune 500 companies, as well as the Mayo Clinic. The best ones knew how to tell a story. They knew how to make complex topics readable and interesting. Cavin Balaster has this talent as well. The book he’s currently working on, “Lights, Coma, Action,” is about Cavin’s brain injury from a fall off a water tower in New York City. Perhaps more importantly, it’s about his courageous recovery and determination to help others. Cavin’s story telling skill, and his unique ability to break down complex, scientific concepts into universally understandable terms, will make the book apleasurable, interesting and helpful read. Right now Cavin is seeking support to get his book published. Information on how to contribute can be found Here. Jim Felkner, managing partner Jim Felkner Associates Austin, Texas
